Our services
ArriveUK is an independent student arrival and settling-in support service. The exact service you receive is the service described in your confirmed quote or booking.
Booking & payment
A quote is not a confirmed booking. Your booking is confirmed when the required payment has been received and ArriveUK has issued your booking confirmation.
Your responsibilities
Please provide accurate contact, flight, luggage, passenger and accommodation information, respond to reasonable requests, and tell us promptly about relevant changes.
Third-party providers
Transport, accommodation and other specialist services may be delivered by independent third parties and may also be subject to the provider’s own terms.
Changes, delays & cancellation
Flight changes, customer changes, supplier changes and circumstances outside reasonable control are handled as described in our Refunds & Cancellations policy.

ArriveUK does not provide regulated immigration, legal or medical advice.
