How to cancel
Email hello@arriveukservices.com or message us on WhatsApp with your name and booking reference so we can identify your booking.
Customer cancellation
The cancellation terms that apply to your booking depend on the service and how close the cancellation is to delivery. They are shown to you before you pay.
Third-party costs
Supplier costs already committed or non-refundable may affect the amount that can be returned, always consistent with your legal rights.
If we or a supplier cannot deliver
We will offer alternative arrangements, a revised quote or a refund, as appropriate to the circumstances and your rights.
Flight delays & no-shows
Please tell us about delays as soon as you can. Extra supplier charges may apply for unusual waiting, and we explain them before they are charged where possible.
Refund process
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Your statutory rights
If you book online you normally have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel. If you ask us to start a service within that period, you may have to pay for the part already provided. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
