Commission is calculated on the package price only. Add-on services earn standard 10% regardless of tier. Subscriptions earn 10% for the first 12 months of each referral.

Partner FAQ
Who can become an Arrive UK partner?
Education consultants, visa agents, student housing agencies, language schools, university prep centres, and any business or individual who regularly helps students move to the UK. You don't need to be UK-based.
Does my student need to say my name at booking?
No — they just enter your unique partner code at checkout, or use your personal booking link. It's tracked automatically. No phone calls or manual paperwork needed.
What commission do I earn on add-on services?
You earn 10% on all add-on services (NHS, GP, bank, accommodation nights etc.) regardless of your tier. Your tier rate applies to the core arrival package only.
What if a student cancels their booking?
If a booking is cancelled more than 14 days before arrival, the commission is reversed. If cancelled 7–13 days before, you receive 50% commission on the 50% refund paid to the student. No-shows within 7 days: full commission retained.
Do I earn commission on platform subscriptions?
Yes — you earn 10% of the subscription value for the first 12 months of each student you referred. This applies to UniLife, Career Hub and Full Suite subscriptions. If they subscribe within 6 months of their arrival booking, the commission is tracked automatically.
How are payments made?
We pay by Wise (recommended for international partners), UK bank transfer, or IBAN. Minimum payout threshold is £50. Payments are made within 5 working days of each booking being confirmed (deposit received). Monthly summary statements are emailed automatically.
What languages do you support?
The booking platform, parent portal and all materials are available in English, Arabic, Turkish, Bengali and Urdu. Our team communicates in all these languages. This is a key selling point for your Gulf, Turkish and Bangladeshi clients.
Can I put the Arrive UK logo on my website?
Yes — once approved, you receive a "Certified Arrive UK Partner" badge for your website and social media. Gold tier partners receive a co-branded landing page. All marketing materials (graphics, PDFs, videos) are licensed for your use as a partner.
