Safeguarding
How ArriveUK approaches welfare concerns, safe working and reporting.
Our approach
ArriveUK takes welfare concerns seriously and expects staff and relevant providers to behave professionally, respectfully and within clear service boundaries.
Who it covers
This policy applies to everyone who uses ArriveUK services and to our staff and providers when delivering them.
Raising a concern
Concerns about conduct, welfare, exploitation, harassment or unsafe situations connected with our service: safeguarding@arriveukservices.com.
Immediate danger
ArriveUK is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, call 999 (or 112) in the UK.
Reporting & escalation
Concerns are recorded and escalated appropriately, including to relevant authorities where required or necessary for safety.
Safe working
We expect professional communication, appropriate transport and provider conduct, confidentiality, consent and careful handling of personal information.
